Busy Week

As this week begins I am very thoughtful, and working hard not to be tearful. We take our oldest to college this week. It is a time worn tradition, and I know I am not the first to go through this time. I am excited for him and the journey he is embarking on. We will simply miss having his booming voice and crashing footsteps in our house. You see, he has been a force of nature in our lives since the day he arrived, and he will be missed. There is no doubt in my mind that it is time for him to spread his wings. I am looking forward to seeing where they will take him.
